Just now getting to my hair but my moms said it came in at a timely manner and of course it was here when I got here which is great so I can do my hair. I received the wrong length and o was able to text my specific rep to tell him. He sent me a text and return postage via email promptly and I was able to return the incorrect item. Later that day he texted me with the tracking number for my correct item just as I asked. The customer service is wonderful and so quick and efficient.
