I received all 3 bundles which were nicely packaged separately inside of a box. Each bundle was labeled with a sticker. So, you could easily identity the length of each bundle of hair. There was also no bad smell or odor to the hair. I am very pleased with my purchased. I am happy! & I plan using my hair bundles to create a gorgeous wig.
I bought a 12 lace closure , 14 , 16 , 18 inches but only the 14 inches and the lace closure was brand new the other 2 bundles looked unpackahed already and messy .
Service: the gofts are cute but i have been getting alot of compliments for my hair . and the bundles are shorter than expected but its still good hair , if it wasnt good hair i wouldve given it a 1

just received my hair and so far so good, hair is soft doesn't have a harsh smell also ran my fingers through hair and no shedding right out of the box!
