I ordered Brazilian straight hair and I love the hair so far. I have yet to install the hair but it's soft and has lots of body. I also appreciate the card that was sent with the hair, giving instructions on how to care for it.

I received my product very quickly. I ordered my hair on a Wednesday and received it on Monday. So it took 3 business days. Very fast shipping. My order was processed in less than 24 hours as well. I want to say I ordered the hair around 10 PM and i received an email around 12AM that said the order had been processed and shipped! I looked at you tube reviews before purchasing from this company. I purchased a 24' and 28'. My first initial thoughts are the hair is super soft, true to length, the 28' is a little thin, no smell, and no shedding so far. I will give another review after I dye and install the hair
