  Communication was great! Helen kept me updated the entire time and shipping was extremely fast. I ordered on Friday and received my hair on Tuesday . I was so scared that the bundles would be small but they are full! The hair is so soft and pretty . It has a nice luster to it as well and it is in the natural state of color.
