They are VERY pleasant and willing to answer any question. Shipping is fast. You will be pleased with this hair. It curls really well and 3 of their bundles are thick enough for a full head.   so far so good very bouncy. not much shedding i use Bio-silk shampoo and conditioner to get it back to the bone straight texture. does get wavy after washing but it doesn't bother me none

  The curly hair blends in great with my texture, not sure what hair type, but my hair is course. Kinky and think, not so curly, but the texture of the bundles blend great.
